Ryder's mom, Shelly and I became friends through work. When she told me she was pregnant, we found out we were due one day apart. Fast forward 9 months and exactly one week early, we had the boys one day apart! And to make the story that much cooler, they barely missed the 24 hour mark, so it was literally one full day. I was due January 9th, Shelly was due January 10. I went into labor January 3rd, Shelly went into labor January 4th. Drew was born at 9:13am and Ryder was born at 9:35am. How cool is that?! It still amazes me how all of that fell together. Shelly and I got to know each other very well during our pregnancies and have developed such a sweet friendship. Because of that, I feel like Ryder is Drew's very first friend. Their friendship literally started in the womb! We get to have play dates with Ryder from time to time and now that the boys are getting older and more interactive, they are really starting to understand who the other one is. Ryder calls Drew "Doo" and Drew calls Ryder a few things.. "Ry Ry" "Rydee" "Rydo". They are so cute together and I really do think they will be big buddies from here on out. Such a blessing to be able to have such a great little friend from day one!

We have made some great memories with Shelly and Ryder and we can't wait to make so many more! Their growing little friendship is so sweet and I am so thankful that Drew has already made such a great friend!

I can't tell if this was 4 months or 6 months. It makes me think 4 because they aren't sitting in these pictures and both of them sat around 5 months. So this might be out of order!
